• All prices based on receipt of CAD drawing files from owner
• If CAD file cannot be obtained it will cost $45.00 per hour to draw the building and the site plan layouts
• Survey at 8 hours travel plus work time at $45.00 per hour plus hotel cost within a 4hour distance from office
• Any job under 300 heads will be charged by the hour with a minimum of 16 hours at $45.00 per hour
• All invoices are due 7 days after invoice. A 5% discount can be taken off invoice if paid & shipped overnight within 3 days. All jobs will be invoice once job is emailed to you. Not after approvals. If changes need to be made after approvals they will be asap.  
• All multi story buildings will be partially invoiced when half the job is done.
• A lien will be taken on any invoice not paid within 14 days, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We are not responsible for any fabrication not surveyed by James Headrick design. However we will make changes free of charge per your survey that are not changed per building or structure changes.
